This English-language service is intended for adults aged 18 or older residing in the United States. This release is intended for U.S. distribution only. Easy Mart provides meal suggestions, recipes, estimated ingredient costs and a shopping checklist on iOS and Android. The website is a presentation and support site. No subscription, paid trial, in-app purchase or account is required in this version. Internet/device charges from your provider may apply.
An optional rewarded video unlocks an alternative week to compare and choose, with its recipes and grocery list. Complete the video to receive this bonus; early dismissal or unavailable ads do not grant it. The current plan, recipes and grocery list remain usable without a video. Interstitial ads may appear between repeat plan generations, with frequency limits. No reward is cash, transferable or redeemable outside the app. Ad length and content are controlled by the network.
Estimates and food safety
All costs and nutritional information are estimates, not live retailer offers, stock guarantees, medical advice or a promise to meet a budget. Package sizes, promotions, taxes, location and substitutions affect the receipt. Check the displayed pricing basis and date, product labels, portions, cooking temperatures and allergen warnings. Recipes and filtering cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Seek qualified advice for medical dietary needs.
The application is independent of retailers. Retailer names and marks identify shopping preferences; they do not imply sponsorship. This release does not place orders, transfer a cart or connect to retailer accounts. Sharing a list uses your phone's share sheet and your chosen destination's terms.
Your use and local storage
Use the app lawfully. Do not exploit ads, generate invalid traffic, infringe intellectual property or interfere with the service. You receive a personal licence to use the software; no ownership of third-party content or marks transfers. Plans, preferences and lists are local. Back up anything important; resetting or uninstalling may erase it. No cloud recovery is provided.
Availability and consumer rights
We may correct, update or withdraw features, subject to mandatory law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any other limitation must be interpreted consistently with your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing removes statutory remedies or requires you to waive local consumer protections.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and remedies in your U.S. state of residence. Mandatory protections and competent consumer courts in your place of residence remain available. Earlier paid versions
Installing this free version does not automatically cancel or refund a subscription bought previously. Manage Apple or Google subscriptions in the relevant store; contact support for an earlier website subscription. Existing contractual and statutory rights remain applicable. No new payment is needed to use this version.
Privacy and storage are explained in the accompanying policies. Material terms changes will be dated and communicated as required by law.
Reminders, sharing and ratings
Local reminders are optional and use the device’s local time. Delivery may be delayed or suppressed by permissions, Focus/Do Not Disturb, battery settings or the operating system. They are convenience reminders, not safety-critical alerts. Shared cards and text contain the content you preview or select; review them and choose recipients responsibly. No reward or normal app feature depends on sharing or leaving a positive review. Native review prompts are controlled by Apple and Google.
