Please include your phone platform, app version and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive health information.

Erase local data

In the app, open Settings → Erase my local data. Uninstalling also removes ordinary app data; operating system backups are managed in your device settings.

Existing subscriptions

The new app is free. If you subscribed to an earlier version, check your Apple or Google subscriptions or contact support for a web subscription. Updating the app does not cancel an existing recurring payment.
