Authenticated local vault, AES-256-GCM originals and metadata, encrypted versioned SQLite index, protected OS key lifecycle, camera/selected-image intake, albums/tags/favorites, background lock/privacy protection, preview, verified GPS-safe export, export history and encrypted password backup/restore.

What to expect

Vault recovery requires the device key or an exported encrypted backup and its password. Lost keys and passwords cannot be recovered. Explicit exports leave the vault. Screenshots or external cameras cannot be universally prevented.
