GetMyNews member accounts
GetMyNews is the one app with an optional member account (to write stories, comment, follow, sit on the fact-checking jury and be paid). Its team answers at contact@getmynews.online; include your @handle. The in-app Help & FAQ covers reading, stories, the jury, creator earnings, ads and the account.
- Delete your account or download your data: in the app or at www.getmynews.online, Settings → Your account → Delete my account, and Settings → Download my data. Steps and effects: Delete Account & Data and Your Data & Choices.
- Can't sign in (lost Apple or Google account, no two-factor recovery code left): write to contact@getmynews.online from the e-mail address registered on your account.
- Report a story, a comment or a profile: use Report in the app; the rules are in the Content Policy. To contest a moderation decision, write to contact@getmynews.online.
- Copyright notices about member content: dmca@getmynews.online, as described in the Copyright (DMCA) Policy.
- Newsrooms: to have your RSS feed removed from the deck, write to contact@getmynews.online.
