Email contact@smartnesshome.com with the app name, app version, device and OS version, the steps you took and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or vault keys.

Before contacting support

Check permissions in system settings, available storage and the app’s platform limitations. Back up important content before reinstalling. Reinstallation may lose local data.

Product limitations

Automated watches use a configured server and supported providers. Merchant availability, checkout conditions and notification delivery are not guaranteed. Arbitrary product URLs are not scraped. Manual tracking works without a server connection.
