Workout log & step counter

Repstride

Lift it. Walk it. Log it.

Repstride keeps your training and your walking on one board. Log sets, reps and weight while the rest timer runs, see today’s steps from your phone’s motion sensor next to today’s session, and follow weekly volume and personal records built from your own logs.

Repstride: today’s steps ring and a live bench press session

How it works

  1. Pick a routine

Start from a saved routine or an empty session.

  2. Log every set

Weight, reps and effort in a few taps; the rest timer starts on its own.

  3. Review your week

Steps, volume and new records, all from your own data.
