Frequent questions

Does Pixday copy my whole photo library?

No. It keeps a copy only of the photos you pick for each day.

Can I change a day’s photo?

Yes. Open the day and choose another picture or frame.

Why doesn’t my widget update right away?

The system decides when widgets refresh; it usually happens within a few minutes.

When you write to us

Tell us your phone model, operating-system version, the app version (shown in Year view), what you did and what happened. Remove personal information from screenshots, and never send passwords or codes.

Pixday has no account: your content lives on your phone. See data deletion to erase it, and the privacy policy for the details.
